I love the Wave. I have noticed a better night's sleep. Also I have a lot of hot flashes have for years. It has helped with that so much. I have recommended it for my sister.

Embr Wave2 has really helped me manage my sleep better and helped me take some control when I’m having hot flashes. I really miss it when I have to take it off for the short period of time it takes to charge it. I changed my settings so that both buttons cool, but I’m kinda looking forward to the cold weather, when I can try out the warm function. Embr Wave2 is a game changer for those who have temperature control issues!
