Love the screen size & battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the ease of use of the new A36, good screen size, great camera & speaker. I would really give it a 5 star review if it had better reception. I am constantly having to search for a signal and network and didn't have this problem with my previous galaxy device which is why I chose to upgrade to this new device. This has been the most frustrating experience I've had with a mobile phone.

New service, new phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy transfer from my old Samsung phone. Most apps transferred with login information. Fingerprint setup was easy and quick. Facial recognition is more accurate than my old phone. Some apps required updated versions, but software is quick. Camera is good. Connects quickly to Bluetooth and remembers frequently used wifi areas. Full-screen video play is very clear.
Galaxy AI requires not much time to recognize my voice and speech patterns. Connected quickly to my Galaxy watch and connected to my health monitor apps from my watch. Previous phone needed to download an app and didn't always connect.
