It has a glitch every time I open my transit app

I love the large 6.7 inch display brightness screen, the performance, triple rear camera is AWESOME w/a selfie camera. It's Amazing!!!! I also love the fast charging. So far, so good...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Samsung phones since I got the first Galaxy for Christmas in 2010. At that time, that was by far the most amazing piece of technical equipment that had ever been in my hands up to that point. Then as they kept getting new phones releasing every year, I kept thinking about what they could possibly do to make this better, and yearly a brand new, upgraded edition is released, and my mind is blown again. This past year, I decided on the A36, and again I am an extremely satisfied Samsung customer who has no worries about getting stuck with a garbage phone for the next year. I love Bixby, the AI feature. It's just so fun to say "Hey Bixby", I feel like I'm requesting the attention of a butler. Thank you again Samsung, you knocked it out of the park again, and I can safely say that you will do it again next year.

A36 great - dont expect to get trade in credit

Phone is great but trade in process is not good. Trade in met basic requirements when i purchased new phone, but then was told my old phone didn’t qualify for trade in credit, no explanation why. Feels a little deceptive
I would recommend this to a friend!

A36 5g I have been using it for about 4 months and it has been of great benefit by having a memory capacity where it does not allow it to work slowly and I can use it in my meetings to write and take notes and where the AI is functional to organize and acquire very important information
