Do not trust the dry wall anchors

You would think a flagship TV that comes with it's own mounting bracket would have tested it's accompanying hardware. Not in LG's case - the dry wall anchors are utter garbage. They will spin uselessly in your wall after inserted, and even with the screw expanding the sides, they will slide right out of the wall without any resistance.
Just glad they failed before I mounted the 77 lb TV on them.
Either spend the extra $100+ on a reputable mount, or screw a wood spacer into the wall studs and screw the mount directly to that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broken HDR10

For this price, it is unacceptable to have any compromise. The HDR10+ is awful ugly in dark scenes and gaming on PS5 is ruined. Also way too high lag on full frame rate. Why is that LG for $6K TV!

Easily the best TV I've ever owned

This 77" set is a replacement for my 65", 10 year old 4K Samsung. The color saturation and brightness of the picture are incredible! Best Buy delivered the set right on time, and had no difficulty in maneuvering the set into my living room. It has a number of features that I'll probably never use, but it's nice to have them just the same. I'm elderly, and my hands tremble; as a result, using the remote as an air mouse doesn't work very well for me. But I'm sure it will work well for others. In closing, let me praise the color saturation and image contrast once more. I've literally never experienced anything like this. It's better than a movie theater, and it's a terrific enhancement to my life. Thanks, LG - and thanks, Best Buy! You really hit this one out of the park.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG 77" Smart TV arrived last week and it is fantastic. The picture and sound quality is better than expected. I also highly recommend using the home delivery service for large items. The TV delivery was quick (less than a week) and easy, even for living in a rural location.
The mounting system on the TV was also easy to install and used minimal tools. The AI picture enhancements is something completely new, but it does makes the picture extremely sharp.

LG g5 77" TV

The TV is a gadget lovers dream. There are so many options for fine tuning the picture. I've owned it for over a week, and I am still discovering its many features. YouTube is of considerable help.
Purchasing the TV from Best Buy was easy as was going to their warehouse and having it loaded into my SUV, although the TV partially hung out the back.
The picture quality is amazing, and the colors are natural and vibrant.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Vivid Colours

Bought this to be able to watch live sports. This is a great TV and the screen clarity is very sharp and the colours very accurate and vivid. No lag during live sports like hockey. This is a feature rich TV. It came packaged very well and installation was a breeze taking only a few minutes. Software updates were quick.
Very happy with the purchase so far.
