Nice buy

So far very pleased. Easy to set up - the easiest Alexa configuration I have ever done. And the product looks great and has good features. I just got it tonight so if it does not live up to my expectations, I will revise my comments.
On Aug 20, 2021 Alex got an update that made the app with Alexa stop working. That was frustrating mostly because I did not know why it stopped. About 5 days later, the company updated the app and it started working again. So all is good now. It would have been better for them to make some not on the app that said "this app is not working due to resent updates in Alexa but will be online again soon". That would have saved me alot of time. All is good now though.

Small but works well

I purchased this Ukoke portable A/C because my home A/C units compressor went out and I needed to purchase a new complete unit for around $3000.00 , so I decided to give this portable unit a try for the mean time. we are normally in our living room and family room during the day so I put it in the center of the room underneath our window, the set up was extremely easy and everything arrived covered in foam, to protect the machine and all the parts from damage. I was able to connect to the Ukoke app, It was not easy I had to try it like 10-13 times before it finally connected , but I'm so glad that I got it to connect it's awesome to be away from home and know what the temperature is in the house and the ability to be able to just turn it on if it's to hot , or it's to cold since it's a heater also , the unit turned on right away when we first used it and when I put it on cold it blew very very cold air right away. I really LOVE this Ukoke Portable A/C unit , my family saw it and all its features and now my brother and cousin ordered there own , highly recommended
I would recommend this to a friend!

The app is not exist & very Small side panel

There is no issues with A/C unit but the app is not exist anymore on App Store. Also, the side panel is very small which don’t fit in standard size of modern windows in home now a days. Recommend to buy another brand a/c from Costco as they have a great return policy and great customer service after purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cooling stopped working within 2 years

Bought it in June 2023. Barely used this unit. The cool air is not blowing. I highly not recommend this unit. Buy the good brand rather than wasting your money.
