Fun though a little cheap feeling

The gameplay is exactly what I remember from coin op arcades as well as the snes. That being said, this could use 2 noteworthy improvements. First, the cabinet should have a faux coin receptacle in order to maintain the classic arcade look. Secondly, the box claims that the lightguns recoil...that may be true in the broadest sense of the word. Now I wasn't expecting Time Crisis guns that had articulated slides, but these T2 guns sound/feel like there are zip-ties attached to a little flywheel inside shell spinning around and whacking the outer casing. It is off-puttingly pathetic to call that a "recoil" effect.
Other than that, it is a fun game and I look forward to Arcade1up putting out more lightgun games.

Love this game! I was poor as a kid and could never afford the arcades this is a must have for the kid at heart adult. TERMINATED!

Terminator Collector

I am a huge fan of the Terminator franchise. I have the largest collection of Terminator movie memorabilia on the East Coast so my critique will be picky. The cabinet looks smaller than the real arcade, but that is why we bought it. The cabinet art is perfect and eye catching. My only concern in the large blank spot above the riser where the coin door would be. The guns are small but do not feel small in relation to the cabinet scale. The screen is crisp and clear, however for a gun style game, would play better on a 19" screen versus the provided 17" screen. There is not a crowded feel when playing 2 players. The gun recoil is okay but it can get annoying after 10-15 minutes of play. Thankfully, you can turn the recoil off with the provided switch on each gun. The bonus content is interesting and definitely worth viewing. The game difficulty is hard and 2-players makes for more fun, but the difficulty can be adjusted. If additional shooter style games were included, the higher price point would have less of a sting. Overall I would give it an 8 out of 10. The only reason for the 5 stars is because I love the Terminator.

I LOVE my Terminator 2 Arcade Cabinet!

A must for any Arcade Cabinet fan! Terminator Fan or gamer in general. This cabinet is a beauty súper well done with great materials the night with stand that they include gives it the perfect size and the screen!! Amazing quality over all!
Brings back amazing memories from my childhood playing this at the arcade section of Peter piper pizza! Can’t be happier with my new cabinet
