Bluetooth problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an outstanding keyboard except for one little problem. It doesn't work - or at least not consistently. Wired mode is fine, but using Bluetooth it occasionaly quits working. Bluetooth connects and works okay about 90% of the time. But if one is typing, you expect all the characters to reach the computer. That doesn't happen. I've replaced my keyboard and same problem on both.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like the keyboard but don't understand why the Backspace key about the Return key is labeled Delete. There is already a delete key next to the end key.
