Never thought it would help that much

Love The Mat and Pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mat alone is very versatile. I've used it on top of my yoga bolster for restorative back bends. I have really tight hamstrings and have been using the mat to sit on after aerobic workouts and it really helps them relax. I bought two sets and gave one to my daughter. She says her sleep is improved if she lies on the mat and pillow for 10 minutes before bed. The instructions are great however no cleaning/care info was included. Would love to have that info.

It takes some getting used to but but sure seems worth it. I am enjoying using it and between the mat and the foam roller I bought my constant pain is starting to lessen.

Best thing since sliced bread! I use the mat and pillow everywhere on my body. You could give yourself a great body work in about 30 minutes.

I cannot believe how much this has helped with my back and neck pain. My husband uses the pillow on his foot. It is the first relief he has gotten from plantar fasciitis. It is really incredible.
