[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once I relaxed, it felt pretty good. I haven't tried the mat yet. I have only done the pillow on my nerve damaged neck. Haven't done it regularly enough to know if it helps with pain symptoms. I have faith that it will help. Just need to fit it into the schedule.

Skepticism Overcome

My daughter brought one home and after a few days, she convinced me to give it a try. She challenged me to stay engaged for 5”. At 2” I was ready to get up, but at 5”-decided I could hang in a little longer.
Golf the next day showed how much it helped and I had to buy my own. Now this mat is becoming part of my routine. Excellent product!
