[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used this product for a fee weeks. I believe it is a good product I reccomend this product. I believe you should start off slow 10 or 15 minutes and then work your way up in time. I can really feel the loosening of tight spots in my back. I have been sleeping better. I am looking forward to continuingto use this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After reading reviews decided to give it a try. I use it to do meditation after yoga, wearing typical yoga leggings and light top. Very relaxing, happy with the purchase. Better quality than expected from the description.

I never really had any back issues until about 6 months ago. Started in my lower back very stiff for years but not a lot of pain until I picked up something the wrong way. I've been to massage and physical therapy which helped some but never really took that tight annoying g pain away, until i tried this mat so far so good pain reduced big time. Ill see how I'm feeling in a few weeks to write another review..
But I think this is redirecting all the pain channels that repeatedly were tensing up those muscles, I even took out the garbage tonight with no issues at all. Ill be using this morning and night, God I hope this keeps working...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It feels great on my back! Don't like that the mat is open at one end and not attached to the foam insert, causes the insert to move around and dirt to get into the mat.
