[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had heard good things about this mat and pillow but they are better than expected. I lay on it nightly to relax right before bed. I’m not the only one who uses it in my house. My husband used it when he pulled a muscle in his back and my daughter uses for muscle soreness from gymnastics. They both got relief from the pain. Definitely a great purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it! I started with wearing a t-shirt to lay down on the mat, for about 5 mins. You feel like you’re melting into the floor in the best way. It’s a diff level of stress relief and relaxation. The green color is fun and bright. Can’t beat the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this mat at the end of the day for a week and it helps me to relax my back after sitting at a desk all day. I have also found I'm able to fall asleep faster and more comfortably. I was expecting more discomfort from the spikes, so am able to comfortably lie on it for quite a while.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased. Ease your way into using this product if you have sensitive nerve endings. I have chronic sciatica and SI issues and after using found I was pain free for a few hours. Recommend for temporary pain relief.

This accupuncture mat and pillow set takes some time to get used to.

My daughter told me about this product. She has lower back pain and she really likes her mat and pillow set. I've tried it several times so far and hurts when you first lay on it but if you lay on it for 30 minutes of so, it does help to take away lower back pain.
