More comfortable than it looks. I felt very good after using this item. So relaxing especially on the neck. Will use a thinner top to get a better experience on the back. Great product for the price.

Good quality material, made well, lightweight and easy to take with you or just stow away (to avoid accidentally stepping on). Love the different options of colors. Helps calm the nervous system and pain. Highly recommend!

Good gift for older parents

I bought this as a gift to my parents and they loved it. It is prickly but once they relaxed into it they have really enjoyed it. It has helped with neck pain.

Acupressure Mat and Pillow - Game changer

My experience after two weeks is life-changing. I have been struggling with a right hamstring and glute injury for five months. Chiropractic, massage, and acupuncture have helped. But it was not until using the acupressure mat and pillow that I finally got to 100%. I am a runner, and I am finally running pain free. I am sold on this product. I intend to keep using it to keep my body healthy.

Doesn’t work really if you have clothing on. But if u have nothing on you can feel it

I really love the acupressure mat! After the first use, I noticed an improvement in my sleep. I have trying to use it throughout the week and whenever I do, I notice a feeling of relaxation, peace and improved clarity in my thinking.
I also gave a few for the holidays and looking to hear the feedback. I hope they enjoy it as much as I do.
