Getting past the pain of laying on a Shakti mat was a struggle for me at first but once I breathed through the pain I got to the bliss. These mats are awesome.

I love the item. I fell asleep while using it. I used my cousins before buying my own. I was sold on the item. Thank you so much.I told my friend about it and she bought one for her son. He is recovering from a car accident.
