[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased. Ease your way into using this product if you have sensitive nerve endings. I have chronic sciatica and SI issues and after using found I was pain free for a few hours. Recommend for temporary pain relief.

This accupuncture mat and pillow set takes some time to get used to.

My daughter told me about this product. She has lower back pain and she really likes her mat and pillow set. I've tried it several times so far and hurts when you first lay on it but if you lay on it for 30 minutes of so, it does help to take away lower back pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an impulse purchase just because I was very unsure of acupuncture and I have very bad back problems. I have bad sculousious and I'm on my feet as a dog groomer all day. I wear a back brace but I have been told that I would benefit from surgery which I cant afford to be off work for recovery. I laied on this the 1st time for 10 minutes bare back... I'm not going to lie the first 3-5 minutes were brutal, BUT then it got very peaceful and relaxing. Now Im almost a week in of having it and using it every day I'm up to 30 minutes and it's very helpful. Definitely recommend this product and for the price you cant not try it!

After reading all the positive reviews, I had high hopes for the acupressure pillow and mat. I have severe back pain and headaches. I tried sleeping on them and sitting against them for hours. Unfortunately, they did not help decrease either pain at all. Waste of my money

I suffer from severe chronic pain throughout my entire body (fibromyalgia) and was in the market to try an accupressure mat (I deal with my pain naturally). I did hours of research and so many articles/reviews will bring you to this brand either 1st or 2nd. I liked the price point as I was not sure if it would work and went for it. The quality is amazing and even better, it works! The more I use it the more I can feel that I am getting more and more benefits. I HIGHLY reccomend this mat especially if you have pain issues.
