[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to help me get through the COVID lock down while massage and other treatments were not available. It has come in handy to help relieve muscle tightness, and also has helped with relaxation and meditation. I do wish the pad were a bit bigger, to cover more surface area at a time, but it works and the pillow is quite nice for relieving neck tightness. Takes some getting used to, but I like it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t sleep through the night. I have laid on the accupressure mat for 20 minutes for 3 nights in a row, right before bed, and I have slept through the night all 3 nights.
My boyfriend also has trouble sleeping. He laid on it and within 5 minutes, fell asleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had heard good things about this mat and pillow but they are better than expected. I lay on it nightly to relax right before bed. I’m not the only one who uses it in my house. My husband used it when he pulled a muscle in his back and my daughter uses for muscle soreness from gymnastics. They both got relief from the pain. Definitely a great purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it! I started with wearing a t-shirt to lay down on the mat, for about 5 mins. You feel like you’re melting into the floor in the best way. It’s a diff level of stress relief and relaxation. The green color is fun and bright. Can’t beat the price!

I have also found I'm able to fall asleep faster and more comfortably. I was expecting more discomfort from the spikes, so am able to comfortably lie on it for quite a while.
