[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love the acupressure mat! After the first use, I noticed an improvement in my sleep. I have trying to use it throughout the week and whenever I do, I notice a feeling of relaxation, peace and improved clarity in my thinking.
I also gave a few for the holidays and looking to hear the feedback. I hope they enjoy it as much as I do.

Doesn’t work really if you have clothing on. But if u have nothing on you can feel it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Takes a couple times to get used to the points on the mat but once you get past it, it feels incredible!!! Listening to music definitely helped me get to the point of relaxation. I use it almost everyday now:) and gifted one to everyone one in my family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My experience after two weeks is life-changing. I have been struggling with a right hamstring and glute injury for five months. Chiropractic, massage, and acupuncture have helped. But it was not until using the acupressure mat and pillow that I finally got to 100%. I am a runner, and I am finally running pain free. I am sold on this product. I intend to keep using it to keep my body healthy.

Good gift for older parents
