this is my first ever review but since I have been having so many back problems and hard time sleeping I was willing to try anything. I received this mat today after being outside all day wanted to try it and was so happy how great it worked for me for the short nap I took. I slid it under my fitted sheet and fell sound aleep I would encourage you to try it. we are soon taking a trip and it will be great to take.

After using it several times she told me I need to get one too! I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect but I tell you - I was very pleasantly surprised! After a few minutes - now literally one or two - it feels like a warm massage! Greatest concept ever! And I’m having more and more good days!

Great for pain and tension relief!

Laying on them is relaxing and has helped reduce tension and discomfort in my neck and back - especially the pillow. It’s an easy, effective product. Highly recommend!

Love The Mat and Pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mat alone is very versatile. I've used it on top of my yoga bolster for restorative back bends. I have really tight hamstrings and have been using the mat to sit on after aerobic workouts and it really helps them relax. I bought two sets and gave one to my daughter. She says her sleep is improved if she lies on the mat and pillow for 10 minutes before bed. The instructions are great however no cleaning/care info was included. Would love to have that info.
