Not bad

Pretty cool unit. Kids love it. Only issues is there is only a bass booster button for music sound adjustments. Microphone has some adjustments but unit should have an actual bass, treble and mid knobs for the music. Some of the music apps have those adjustments but for the price I’m surprised this doesn’t have any. Overall would recommend.

Unlike what is said above, don't let it get wet. Bought less than 1 year ago, got sprinkled on for 30 minutes, and toasted. Let dry for 48 hours (3 fans on it) and won't turn on. Loved the unit but is definately not waterproofed once so ever.
Bought it at a store 7+ hours away while on vacation so onto a new company.

Thanks for your inquiry. Please do a force power cycle by pressing the power button for 30 minutes while it is not plugged into a power source. If the force power cycle did not work, we recommend charging your JBL PartyBox On-The-Go for at least 3.5 hours with the charger it came with. Get ready for big sound!

Amazing sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I noticed is the great build quality. I use it a lot outside in our backyard. It plays so loud I can hear in the front and backyard. The sound is amazing. The highs are clear and the bass is great without even using the bass boost. The kids love using the mic and singing along with there favorite songs. I also hook it up to our projector to make outdoor movies sound great. This is a great product and I would highly recommend.

Wired microphone I already had was a plug and talk. I am looking forward to my first meeting, where I will show off my JBL Partybox On-the-Go.

Big and loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I came home to find a big box at my doorstep. I took it inside, opened it up and realized how big it was. It took about 2 hours to charge. Linked with my galaxy 7 very quick. This speaker is super loud. Nice hard hitting bass and good highs. The mic synced up nicely and sounded great with no delays. I definitely recommend this if you're looking for a nice loud party speaker. I can't wait to show it off at the next family gathering. Thanks JBL!

Great for parties

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First the box is an amazing bluetooth speaker that sounds really good by itself. The light feature is nice especially if your outside at night and gathered around the pool. For small get togethers or parties it is a conversation piece and for the brave singers the mic is awesome. Volume for the mic is adjustable and it has an echo effect that is nice. You can plug in a guitar and attempt to play along with your favorite song. Overall this is a nice piece and I recommend it for anyone looking for a bluetooth box that has a lot of extras. Battery life is great I haven't had any issues with using it for an entire night and it still has life.
