Adorable Set for Inspiring Creativity and Play

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product came in the mail this morning, and my daughter who is 4 was thrilled! She immediately asked me to turn off the show she was watching so she could go play with the picnic basket! I was amazed. As a teacher and a mom to two small children, I know the amazing learning that takes place when a child engages in pretend play. This toy is very well made with sturdy wooden pieces and a few high quality felt pieces. It has the potential for hours of pretend play and can easily be combined with other sets for even more fun. My daughter used this and a cake set to create a party for her dolls. I am excited to watch what else she comes up with! I also love the basket that it came in to both store the pieces and add to the pretend play. The only negative thing I would say about this is that a few pieces are hard to correctly identify such as the green pieces. It could be kiwi or it could be pickles. However, it just encourages children to think creatively so it isn't a huge deal. Overall, we are very pleased with the quality and design of this product!

Perfect for pretend play!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My two daughters, ages 5&9 love this product! As soon as it came in the mail, they wanted to have a picnic! All of the pieces feel so sturdy and well made! My 5 year old especially loves that she can cut the bread into pieces!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 4 yr old absolutely loves the picnic set. All the piece is very durable. Basket is extremely sturdy. She plays with it indoor and outdoor. The blanket is made with great material and easy to clean. Easy to pack up and go in less than 120 seconds.

Such a cute toy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a cute little toy, the basket is darling and very durable. It comes with a cute little picnic blanket, stuff to make a sandwich, bread to slice, fruit, cake, juice, cups, thermos, plates, silverware and a little paper basket to place some of the food in. My 2 year old has loved this set and makes food for us regularly! My only complaint is that I wish the sandwich stuff came with enough for her to be able to make two sandwiches. She always wants to make one for her and for me.

Impressive Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was truly impressed with this picnic basket. The materials are solid and great quality. There are two felt food items, but the rest are wooden. I feel comfortable using this as an outside toy. My kids absolutely love it! They use it indoors when the weather is bad, either in a fort or at the kitchen table. And when it’s nice out, they enjoy a good picnic in the woods. It’s always easier to get kids outdoors when there is a fun toy drawing them out there.

High Quality and Fun but a Couple of Misses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My little one loves playing with this set! The pieces are sturdy and high quality. It’s great for imaginative play. We especially love the water bottle and the mugs. The picnic basket is perfect for storing all of the play elements. A couple of things that missed the mark: the packaging said both “not for ages 0-3” and “for ages 3+” which was strange. The knife was too wide to “cut” the three-piece bread and the sandwich meat looks like bubble gum. Overall, a fun and sturdy set!

Includes fruit, little cakes, plates, sandwiches, cups and juices. All are painted to look realistic for pretend play. Keeps child entertained for hours.

Great set for children to play

My daughter is almost 3 and she okays with this everyday. She will set it up exactly like a picnic and it makes me so happy to see her so happy with it and i know sin
