An Incredible Toy with great variety!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An incredible toy for He-Man and ThunderCats fans as well as any young child. The play features are incredible for both versions of the toy, whether you want to have Mumm-Ra or Skell-Ra. The parts swap out easily and look great either way, with the ability to swap and match however you or the child likes. My younger son loved him and kept requesting I change him back and forth, as well as swapping out parts on to other Masters of the Universe figures from both the Origins and Masterverse line (as this is a bigger figure the parts fit best on to a Masterverse figure.) The parts fit very well, are sturdy, and look great. Both children, daughter and son, played with Skell-Ra and had a great time doing imaginative play with him. One of the best toys Mattel has put out and is HIGHLY recommended. (Even the included character cards are fun!)

A Masters of the Universe Hit!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, what can I say other than I absolutely love this action figure. First of all, we are big Masters of the Universe and Thundercats fans in this household. My wife and I are children of the 80’s after all. Masters of the Universe and Thundercats are two of my favorite IP’s of all time.
Biases aside, this action figure is beautiful, and large, and has a heavy and robust feel in hand. I love the Skell-Ra look and I absolutely love the fact that you can turn him into his original Mumm Ra state. As I stated before, I absolutely love this figure and it makes me want more of the figures in the line.
From our child perspective, they are also a die hard he man and thundercats fan so of course they love the figure. While a little large for their hand to handle and play with, they still understood the beauty and joy and in fact made it fun to play as the bad guy Skell-Ra while they played with some of their favorite smaller more manageable characters.

Its like two toys in one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When i first received this item, i was certainly "wow"ed by the packaging and artwork. The experience only got better from there for us. The articulation was not too stiff and paint molds were great. When it was time to change the character from one person to the other, there were no problems with that. My child was impressed all around, and thought it was very cool that Skeletor's head wasnt attached to his cowl and we could see him in his full skull-ness. Certainly exceeded my initial online views of this figure and a very promising start to this run of two classic toy lines. We couldnt wait to bring this into our play with the other MotU characters we've gotten over the years.

Sparking story creativity, easy and fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The clever use of alternate head and accessories really captured my child’s attention for quite a while. He had fun mixing and matching parts and had allowed his imagination to create a unique story about the transformation of the character!
He was really impressed with the look of Mumm-Ra version.
The conversion process was easy to manage with very little assistance.

Childhood memories to share with my own kids!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son and I loved this toy! It was fun to change out the costume pieces. It is well crafted. It prompted my kids to watch Thundercats and Masters of the Universe. The details are great and the colors are so vibrant!

a great 2-in-1 crossover that feels organic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 2-in-1 figure itself is already impressive, and I think it's a good size. The crossover is really good; it feels organic and has many interesting details, although they never compare to the New Eternia ones, which have better detail. I loved the armed Mumm-Ra figure and his bandages. What I didn't like was the size of the arms; they look out of proportion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both Mumm-ra and Skell-ra configurations look great and feel good in hand. Very easy to get Mumm-ra into a maniacal pose! This figure takes good advantage of the swappable parts introduced with the MOTU Origins line, so there are a lot of options for fun combos. This guy is HUGE but the compatibility is still there.
