Love the watch so far, its been an beyond noticable upgrade over fitbit products ive used. My only point of contention is that i wish the battery was a bit longer, but i suppose thats the sacrifice for so much active monitoring.

I can not carge it from my phone like my old one (3),also the battery go down faster than the other one, last the screen easy to break the old one (3 watch) has the protection around it so it did not break even after all this years of heavy work.

The Galaxy Watch Ultra and Galaxy Watch7 now can track advanced glycation end products (AGEs) for the first time, providing a better understanding of metabolic health. Additionally, a Dual-frequency GPS system enables more precise location tracking during workouts in any outdoor environment. The Galaxy Watch uses light sensors that operate within the limits set by the IEC62471 safety regulations. We understand the importance of having a long-lasting battery to enjoy these features. If you are experiencing shortened battery life, we suggest ensuring that your watch has the latest software version. To do this, open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone. Depending on your watch, tap Watch settings or the SETTINGS tab. Then, tap About Watch and select Update Watch software. Alternatively, tap About Gear and then tap Update Gear software. It's also important to ensure that the apps used with the watch are up to date, as software updates help maintain smooth operation, enhance security, and improve the user interface while also removing minor bugs. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Watch 7 is incredible, with it I have been able to track my day-to-day general health, my steps, my calories expended and track my sleep so I have all my energy for my next day of work. The user experience is wonderful, the quality is excellent, I have told my friends about it and they were all delighted with the watch. Combined with galaxy AI I can surpass myself and have the latest technology at hand.
