Health notifications cannot be turned off

You cannot turn off the idiotic notifications on the health app. I really like the Samsung hardware quality and the product is a step up from the watch 5 but I really HATE NOTIFICATIONS THAT I DO NOT WANT! Its software so there is a switch for that right? NO. This is the one thing that will make me abandon the whole product line including the phones. It is an unforgivable failure that needs to be rectified soon.

The Watch7 allows users to get tips for better rest using a sleep tracker with Galaxy AI — it also helps detect moderate to severe sleep apnea. We noted your concerns about the health notifications. To stop receiving these notifications, you can adjust your Samsung Health settings. Simply go to Settings, then tap on Health. You can customize the inactive time during which you don't want to receive these notifications. This will allow you to choose when to receive inactive alerts. I got this to replace my watch 5. I got the 44mm and it came with 2 bands for the promotion. The default sports band is nice, but I recomend the athlesure band because it looks cool and it has a nice texture.
