If you have Galaxy 6, than 7 is not much of an upgrade. It is lighter, battery life a little longer. Its not offered in Classic.

The Galaxy Watch7 offers the following heath features: Energy Score with Galaxy AI, Wellness tips, Heart monitoring, Sleep Coaching with Apnea detection, Irregular Heart Rhythm Notifications, Personalized Heart Rate Zones, Automatic workout detection, Body Composition, and Cycle Tracking while the Galaxy Watch6 offers the following heath features: Heart monitoring, Advanced Sleep Coaching, Irregular Heart Rhythm Notifications, Personalized Heart Rate Zones, Automatic workout detection, Body Composition, and Cycle Tracking. Also, the RAM is larger on the Watch7 (2GB RAM with 32GB of internal storage) versus the Watch6 (1.5GB RAM with 16GB of internal storage).
