Long time galaxy watch User. I up grade every year. I miss my Galaxy 6 back. Sleep data is terrible and I miss the rotating bezel.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Making sure you receive the correct amount of sleep each night is easy when you use the AI sleep analysis features on the Galaxy Watch7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra. Simply wear your watch when it’s time to turn in for the night and allow it to monitor and calculate your sleep data, such as your blood oxygen and skin temperature. Your watch can also detect sleep-related breathing disorders, such as sleep apnea. Samsung Health can track your sleep through a connected Wearable, such as a Galaxy Watch. If you have a connected watch, but believe your sleep data is inaccurate or not recording, try the steps in the guide in the link provided. I find the extra features to that of the watch 6 useful. I would have liked the rotating bezel to have been incorprated as in the Watch 6. This is down side is offset by the longer battery life and apparatent faster processing.

Not what's expected of Samsung

Have had my watch for a month now and the battery is horrible, doesn't even last 10 hours without dying. Supposedly Supposed to have a software update well got it and the battery drains just as bad. All I ever have on extra is the Bluetooth, also notice when I am trying to use the watch just with cellular signal it's constantly disconnects from my phone. That isn't even right since I am supposed to be able to trust this device without having to carry my phone all over.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
