It is a great watch and Samsung had a wonderful trade in program I was able to make use of. The features are sufficient for my use. I hope Samsung is able to extend the battery life to 3 days or so with the new upcoming watches. Also would love to see Blood Pressure monitoring feature in the US.

Overall I think the Galaxy Watch 7 is a big improvement over the Watch 5. The UI is bigger and more pleasing to look at, and the watch faces are more informative and look a bit better. The battery life is stellar for my usage, I rarely see anything less than 70% after 1 day which makes me more comfortable to use the sleep detection feature.
