I can’t say enough good things about this Fisher-Price Purple Monkey Musical Toy! Both my 6-month-old and 2-year-old absolutely love it, and it has quickly become their favorite toy.
The soft plush monkey is perfect for cuddling, and the fun interactive features keep both kids engaged. When you pull down on the rings, the monkey plays the popular “Purple Monkey” song, which makes them giggle and dance every time! The crinkly ears, colorful ribbons, and different textured rings also provide great sensory play for my little one.
It’s lightweight, easy to hold, and great for on-the-go entertainment—I can clip it onto the stroller or car seat, and it keeps them busy while we’re out and about. The music and movement help develop cause-and-effect skills, while the textured rings are great for teething relief.
Overall, I highly recommend this toy to any parent looking for a fun, engaging, and developmentally beneficial toy for babies and toddlers. Seeing how much joy it brings to both of my kids makes this an absolute must-have in our house!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this monkey! I e already have a fisher price play mat which sings this song and my little girl loves it. We hung it off her existing mat and she happily grabbed the loops on the bottom. It’s a lovely sound, not tinny sounding like a lot of baby toys, and the monkey sounds are great. The look is the same fisher price quality we expect and we love the different textures on the ears. The only criticism we have is that it is slightly on the heavy side for a hanging toy, but it doesn’t affect our overall opinion

Sing and go purple monkey is great for little ones

Lots of different textures for your baby to play with, one ear makes a crinkle sound and the other has tabs on. Very safe and satisfying for your little one. Battery life is good too. Makes different song sounds.

Great baby and toddler toy

We love the Monkey Song

My newborn loves to look at this toy and enjoys the 'monkey song'. Older kids love the 'monkey song' and will sing and dance to it. I love how all the kids join in and sing to the baby 💙
