[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids are always trying to see who is the best at everything from sports to board games Rockem sockem Robots let's them do just that while burning off excess energy in a safe and fun way. For the record Dad is still the best If you haven't tried it you really should you don't know what you are missing.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I remember playing with these when I was a kid and I knew my son would love this. It definitely lived up to my expectations and my son wants to play this often. It's fun bonding time with him.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my son opened the box he was very eager to put the game together because he loves boxing. The setup took about 5 minutes and then it was game time. My son 9 asked my 6 year old daughter to play and he thought it was great to be able to beat up his sisters robot. They played for hours. Tons of fun for everyone.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The age suggestion on this modernized retro game is 6+ but my 5 year old loves this game as much as my 6 year old. They love how the robots heads pop up when hit. They also enjoy the fact they can beat mom at it :)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] wow! so fun to play, even my girls wants to play this boxing type of game. Easy to set up, easy to play, my kids having blast. Even me, I play this with them. I can recommend this for 6 and above. Quality is good, attractive colors! It can also be a great present for kids who likes boxing.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both Children were super excited when I told them that a new Mattel package was on the way. When the box arrived they immediately insisted on ripping the box open to see what was in side. Their eyes lit hen they discovered the Rock'em Sock'em game. Neither had ever played this before BUT they remember it from the Toy Story franchise and immediately put the system together. The game was easily assembly, nothing major and once we had our robots put on they each started screaming "HE WAS TALKING TO ME!" and playing until one of them one. (That is the line from Toy Story that the Rock'em Sock'em robots said before one knocked the other's head off). I highly recommend this for children, my two year old wanted to rip the robots off and tote them around so definitely not age appropriate, but the six and ten year old had a blast...and I have to admit I did too.
