[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds are ok.not great.i like the noise cancellation on them.they do take some background noise out.with a tap you can take it off and they work as normal so you can hear around you.the sound quality is pretty good but not great.the fit is not up to my standards.i tried all the different sizes but not very snug.they are oval instead of round which may be the problem.nice small case to carry them in and recharges them too.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome headphones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome headphones, the sound quality is awesome, the case is small and very portable. This can be used at the gym or on a daily bases. This headphones are the best also they look awesome everytime i wear them on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Tune Flex earbuds

I have owned a few different earbuds from jbl and enjoyed them. I’m a music person and enjoy a quality sound and was a bit disappointed my old tws300 earbuds have a better sound than the tune flex. I also was hoping they would stay in my ears a bit better than they do

Definitely needs software update

The earbuds are nice, sound is decent, BUT. I noticed balance shifts itself while you use them - in my case to left side. Resetting the sound processing (DOLBY in my case) solves the problem, but WHY headphones keep shifting balance over time?! Thats surely a software problem which can be easily solved. Another software problem is for sure the "external noise cancellation" while using headphones as a headset. Even there's no wind outside the companion keeps saying it is no possible to hear me because of wind sound. Surely possible to solve the problem using software updates.

Not for running

Unfortunately, so many JBL earbuds have limited in quality. These were replacement for my other ones that kept dying, and they are worse. They are not comfortable, and the noise canceling is terrible. I cannot use them for running because of the wind noise you pick up.

Happy with these

I’ve had these about a month now and they are great for my runs and casual listening. They are very light, I almost wish they had just a little more weight, but they fit in the ear fine with the different sized ear fittings. Make sure to take the initial one off, I was trying to put it over the smallest fitting

Not worth the price

I bought it in the first place for its transformability, but I soon regretted it. Even with the eq set with the factory JBL app, the one-month old product still crackles. The charging socket is terribly slippery and easily falls out of your hand... which is terribly annoying because I like to take care of my things. The bluetooth connection sometimes breaks, something I've "got used to" with my previous JBL headphones. The sound does not reflect the price. The most annoying thing for me is that without a case, you can't turn it back on if it turns off to save power. Terrible...
The icing on the cake is that I wanted to order online from their official uk website, because there is none in Hungary and my money was accepted by the website, but the product was not sent, claiming that they cannot ship to this country. It would be ok if they sent the money back straight away, but even after corresponding with support they deny that it is their responsibility.

Excellent, best buds I’ve owned. Too many features for my use but, I’ll ignore and try and work around them.
