Had around 3 pairs break during warranty. Always have one of the sides stop working properly. Not recommended for the money they cost.

Poor quality product for the price

Bought these as an upgrade from my Jaber elite 2 and was extremely disappointed. The Samsung product cost twice as much as the Jaber and does not have the same level of noise cancelation as it's cheaper counterpart. Wish I could return these, but best buy won't take them back since they have been opened...what a waste of money. Also when using the Samsung product, any time I touch my ear accidentally it will pause playback. I do not recommend these at all.

Amazed with these earbuds

These are just wonderful. I upgraded from my Gen2 airpods and was shocked and amazed how much better these sound. The base is crisp and not overwhelming, the clarity and sharpness of the music is amazing. They fit great in ear, are comfortable and don't fall out. have noise cancelling too. I use these with my galaxy S22 Ultra and am super pleased with them. Great product.

Junk. Worst product Ive ever purchased. Constantly losing connection such that only one ear bud works. Sometimes just loses connection all together. Dont waste your money.

I liked them but had to return them to the store
they sounded great, connected instantly and seamlessly to my Samsung phone
but within an hour of having them in my ears i would start to get itchy ears
the next day the itch would get worse, i would get a discharge from my ears and scaly skin from the ear canal this would continue for up to 5 days.
the only thing that helped with the itch was over the counter dandruff shampoo
i must be allergic to the silicone tips or the plastic i never checked with a dr.
after 3 weeks of trial and on and off using them i finally just had to break down and took them back.
i gave them 2 stars because i was happy with the comfortable fit, sound quality and the seamless integration with my phone
for the 1 hour i was able to use them each time.

Miss my Galaxy Buds +

Bought these to replace my lost Galaxy Buds +. I got to say besides the active Noi's canceling theae are a huge step down. They are bulky, uncomfortable, and has constant connectivity issues. The rubber coat makes them feel cheap as well. All in all I'm pretty disappointed with my purchase, the active noise cancelling is the saving grace here.

Best Buy is the place to buy from

Shipment was very, very fast. Condition of box was excellent. Very impressed with the quality of the buds2 sent to me. Looked brand new when I opened them up. After charging them over night, they worked better than advertised. Outperforming past Sony earbuds. If you buy products online, make sure you buy from Best Buy first. I placed an order for open box Sony LS linkbuds from the US and still waiting for them to shipped.
I will definitely be coming back to Best Buy Online to buy more of my electronics.
