I was excited to have this item delivered. My husband has Chronic Kidney Disease and suffers from back pain. Heat helps relieve the pain for awhile. I ordered the heating pad for that reason. It fits nicely but after making sure it was charged, I didn't find the heating element was working as it was barely lukewarm if that. The massagers were too powerful and shook his back. We were both so disappointed in this product and will be returning it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
