Auger motor gave out after 2 uses

After 2 uses the auger motor stopped working. I've reached out to support and have not heard anything back about getting it fixed.

So far its the perfect size for myself. I can smoke meat or grill something just for myself.

We love this smoker. The food comes out tasting amazing and it works exactly as it should. Having a thermometer to track your time and temperature is a must.
