So far, this grill has been awesome. The food has turned out to be very tasty. I was a bit concerned at first about how it would do with grilling steaks. Just cooked some the other night any they were delicioso!! Was even able to sear them which was my concern.

This bad boy is huge! It took an hour to easily assemble and the hopper is huge. No more pellet anxiety and having to check things in the middle of the night. I can set it to smoke and count on it still goi going with plenty of pellets to spare when I wake up. It holds temp really well too, varying by just a few degrees only on occasion. It’s such a solid piece of equipment, I can’t imagine this not lasting for many years.

My wife and I put a series 1000 together Sooooooo nice so nice Had a Traeger never going back my wife has taken over grilling duties A sight to behold smoked a whole boneless pork loin put it on my meat slicer 6-7 pounder wafer thin day 2 made with gravy and toast Mmmmmmmm Thanks again for making the best Fathers Day/Memorial yet Bob and Donna Orr Keene. NH

I smoked a 30 lb ham it came out perfectly delicious. Cook time was about 5.5 hrs at 250 degrees. I highly recommend this grill to any one who wants perfection for his food
