Approximately 4 years ago I purchased a 1000D series grill from you and it was excellent.
This new grill I bought from Z grills is not as fine a quality the steel is thinner,
the craftsmanship is not up to standard sharp corners lighter hopper probably because its made in china.
Needless to say unless quality is brought back to these grills I will not be recommend this product to anyone.

Works great when the temperature probe is working right

I got my 1000D3E smoker in April of 2022. Works great when it cooks at the correct temperature. I just emailed zgrill for my second probe. The first on I replaced in Sept. 2022. It would jump all over the place on temperature. I just did a pork butt today and when I set the temperature to 225 it was cooking at 250-255. when I set it at 180 it was cooking at 233. Somewhat disappointed in the quality of the probe. Everything else about the smoker seems to be of good quality.

Pellet Grill Fan for Life!

I can't believe I waited so long to get a pellet grill. What was I thinking? I tried my first rack of ribs and brisket for Mother's Day weekend. Both came out better than expected but will get better with more practice. No more babysitting the old smoker and checking temperatures. Now I have more time to do other things and my wife really appreciates that. I actually have fun using the pellet grill and cooking different foods. Wow, what a product!

Very easy to put together, have used it a few times,works great, Very similar to the traeger grill that I own,great value for the cost of the grill; only issue the magnetic latches for the doors won't stay snapped in
