Rough start but great now

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received the grill and started assembling it the temperature probe wires were cut in half and u found that when I got the error code when doing the initial firing sequence. But spliced them together and it’s working great. Smoked a brisket and temperature maintained steady the whole time. Great meat and easy to use. I love it

Be careful of temp readings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m new to the smoker and still getting use to it’s behavior. Based on my internal thermometers it’s running hotter than the controls are set for or what it is registering. I just need to adjust and rely on my thermometer and set smoker accordingly. I don’t think this is unusual but was hoping for more.

Got myself this for Father's day and absolutely love it so far. Works like it should and my friend who uses a traeger said mine has more room, heats up quicker and regulates temp better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleased with packaging and instructions for assembly, it went together very easily. Using a Z Grill recipe for skirt steak the end result was outstanding and cooked perfectly by the Z Grill. I am more than please.

Too hot

I set grill on 180 degrees and the grill runs at 250 to 260 degrees. Even after 3hours it still runs hot. I turn it down to smoke and it still runs 250 to 260 degrees. I must be doing something wrong. Other than that I really like the grill. If I can get the grill to run at set temp I’ll be a happy camper.
