Works as described, great finished product, super easy clean up. Only complaint i have is the circuit board reads 20 degrees less than actual internal temperature. Other than that...its worked perfectly.

New to Pellet Grills, and Loving it!

I am the new owner of a 10002E. I ordered it during a recent sales event, and got it within a week. It was easy to put together (I was impressed that you sent along tools and gloves), and have used it a half a dozen times or so in the last couple of weeks. I absolutely love it! The food has come out moist, and tastes great. Best purchase in a long time!

We have only used the grill one time so far and the food was excellent. The one problem we had was we were cooking at 170 degree setting and the grill would not go to 170 and ran between 180 and 205. It was a little windy where it was sitting so we moved it out of the wind with little change but it was a hot and humid day and the instructions said that would effect the temps. Hope the next attempt will be better in line with temperature setting.
