Shipping was prompt and assembly was straight forward. I've had my grill almost eight weeks and I love it. I have four other grills and smokers I will be selling. I've cooked beef three times, pork twice and chicken three times. Everything tastes great and was tender except for an economy beef roast and it tasted great was wasn't as tender as I would have liked. Well worth the money and the thermal blanket works great and looks good also.

So far this has been a good purchase. However I feel this would be easier to maintain if it had a hopper drain chute for easier cleaning and changing of pellets.

The grill lid does not close all the way. I have to use a ratchet strap attached to the handle to the bottom to create a seal. There was a couple of dents to the grill. Costumer service has been good with working with me. I’m getting heat tape so we will see if this helps.

My father in law does a lot of cooking in his pellet grill so I was interested in getting one. He has a Yoder which extremely pricey so it always concerned me about getting one and not being satisfied. I couldn’t be more happy than I am with this grill and I saved enough money for all the meat I could cook for months choosing ZGrills.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only gotten to use it a hand full of times but I have fallen in love with it. The one thing I was hoping for was more smoke but I simply just purchased a smoke tube which took care of that issue so all is well now

Why did it take me so long?

I can't believe it took me so long to pull the trigger and buy a smoker!
I completely lucked out by coming across ZGrills, and I couldn't be happier so far with my 10002E. Assembly took me 2 hours (I'm slow), and the Zgrills video on YouTube is extremely helpful.
In less than 2 weeks, I have already smoked filet, ribs, chicken wings, vegetables, and the most amazing brisket I've ever made. The smoker is easy to use and easy to clean. Complete satisfaction!

I love this grill. Very efficient! Smoked a half flat brisket for 6 hours and used very little pellets. It turned out wonderful! Even comes with a nice cover to protect it from weather.
