They stopped working after 20-40 minutes after installed. I have emailed to return and refund and I haven't heard back.

I bought this item checked it before installation and then after installation I’m having segments and individual lights that aren’t working. I followed the directions on the Govee app to no avail.

With how expensive these lights are you would think they could put in some decent hardware. I am sure the margins Govee makes is well over 100% on these lights but they cheap out in the hardware making installation a pain. Do yourself a favor and throw out the screws and anchors that come in the box and go buy some self tapping #6 1/2inch screws to make installation easier. Once installed the light work and look great but there is a pretty big learning curve on the app as well. I hope these last 10+ years because I am not looking forward to getting up on my ladder any time soon.

I was able to get them up in one day and surprised my wife when she came home for work. The lights are nice and so many options to customize. Very pleased overall: from ordering, fast delivery, everything included with the purchase, one day install, easy to use the app, the finished project and best of all the look on my wife’s face. Would highly recommend. We have spent $$$$ on outdoor lights in the past that we have to put up in the fall and take down spring. Wish the Govee lights would have been available years ago. Lights won't turn on

I bought these last year around Christmas. They were great last year but are now no longer working. The lights won't turn on at all. I double checked that my outlet still works. This was disappointing after spending so much money on them.
