Love these lights. I’ve been wanting them since last Christmas. I was fortunate to to pull the trigger on two 100ft boxes Wild Robot edition. I used about 150ft of it which was more than enough to cover the front of the house with 3 peaks, one straight away over my porch and one long straight away on the side of the house. I’m a corner house so I didn’t worry about the other side facing the neighbors. I hired a handyman who specializes in putting up Govee lights and did an excellent job. He installed an outlet in my attic and all wiring is flawlessly installed and hidden. I gave the lights a 4out of 5 only due to the 3M was not sticking. Luckily mines came with the light brackets. I’m guessing if there’s moisture or coldness in the air they are not going to stick well. I told my handy guy not to peel anymore after the 5 he already did and just use the brackets to support them. So far so good. The lights are coolest thing ever. Putting up lights and taking them down is played out. These lights are the future. Nothing but compliments. My neighbor says he’s jealous 😂 I’m outside every night playing with my lights. I just recently painted my house in October and I knew I had to get them for this Christmas. Thanks Govee for bringing Christmas joy to my residence. Now I can’t wait for Valentines, St Patty’s, 4th of July, Halloween etc.

Money well spent. Although it is time consuming to put up, it went well. The nails for the light covers which are used to secure the light/wiring, were extremely short so I used a staple gun to install the covers. I had one length of lights that I did not use for the front and sides of my house and I wish that I could buy the power source by itself, but the company does not sell them by themselves. Overall the lights are great.

These have totally grown on me. Love them! Took far less time than I thought to install. Ran line through soffit into attic and down into garage. Lights look amazing on both wood siding and brick. App exceeded my expectations in customization. I got every neighbor complimenting them... even the 2 who paid a professional Christmas light company thousands to install dull, dim lights around their gutters.

Testing the lights prior to installation showed the individual light strings worked as they should. Testing for adequate Wifi signal based on location of the equipment also proved satisfactory. As for installation of the light strings, the small screws supplied were very difficult to use. I had to make a trip to the hardware store to purchase screws easier to work with (screws requiring the use of at least a number 2 size phillips screw driver). I recommend that Govee include larger screws moving forward. As for the lights, they look very nice at night. I relied on our daughter to help us program the lights to our liking. I am quite satisfied with the light set and recommend it to people who want to install lights that don’t need to be uninstalled and can be used to highlight other seasons and celebrations through the years. Thanks Govee.
