Lights are incredible. Have had them up for about 3 weeks. I used the clips at every light and put the two screws in every clip during install because it was below 50 degrees outside and adhesive doesn’t work below 50. Took a while to do it but I think using the clips and screws is the best long term thing to do anyways. Aside from the time it took to do that…. Worth every penny we spent on them. App works great and is very user friendly.

Hoping for the best. We purchased these during their Black Friday sale, but we have not been able to install them yet due to the temps being to low for the adhesive to properly stick. After speing this muc on the lights, we certyainly want to make sure that they work and stay in place as long as posisble. We'll find out in the spring\summer.

I would reccomend using the supplied brackets if your soffits aren't perfectly flat and use rubbing alcohol to clean the surface before you stick the 3M tape. A lot of reviews complain about the tape not sticking but if you clean the mating surface properly, it will stick just fine. Again, the brackets give extra security to make sure the lights stay in place. The lights look great and I love the fact that I won't have to hang lights now every year.

The permanent outdoor lights really are a great solution for Christmas lights. Definitely recommend using the support brackets along with the adhesive strips though. The adhesive only lasts so long.
