No option of an extension cable. So there's no good way to install this unless one end is right next to a plug.

Pretty awesome and so far so good. The reason I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because of two things. First the advertised length doesn’t seem to account for the hanging attachments they include which over each light significantly reduces the overall spread/length. I had measured to have an excess and instead ended up about 3-4 feet short of my entire run. Second reason is that because of their lightweight nature, they really required the mounting kit which I opted to buy after originally installing. Overall I am happy with these for the price definitely and will be purchasing more assuming they last as they are still quite new.
