Purchased the 144ft string lights 2, and after hanging, come to find out the lighted length is 126ft!?! Length not as advertised
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

USER INTERFACE FOR STRING LIGHT 2 IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE

You'd think it would be easier to sync lights with Snapshots from Permanent Lights but Snapshot has no share or save feature. Sharing Snapshots should be allowed throughout all Lights synced with the app. Snapshots should be allowed to be saved and shared throughout the app and all applicable Lights, etc...
Having to check and unchecked individual Lights for each box is too tedious on the Stringlights 2 user interface. Should be updated to work like Permanent Lights user interface. Plus, not allowed to apply blinking or marquee functions to String Lights 2 via its user interface. Govee dropped the ball big time on this. NEED TO UPGRADE APP TO BE LIKE PERMANENT LIGHTS USER INTERFACE FOR STRING LIGHTS 2.

They work great! I love that you can pick which lights to turn on or off, that way I can set up custom areas that light up depending what I am doing on the back deck. Like if its a party they are all on, or if I'm just grilling I can light up the ones directly above the grill. They are well built for sure, They smacked against the deck a lot during setup and are working normally afterwards. I also own a tv LED set from them, I really love the quality of their stuff! ...fanboy

If only you could cut these...

in stringing lights outside i found it very difficult to get runs to be exact right length to line up to segments. i have 4 extra lights on two runs...if i do the third run i would have to add the third strand and would have many lights left over...so i had to leave it at two strands and have 4 lights just dangling which i'm still figuring out how to hide. it's not idea. the lights themselves are fantastic though...very happy with everything but the flexibility. if they can be cut, then it is not documented any where that i could find
