Love the light, but having issues finding a way to do anything custom. I can set 3 custom colors for it, but can't get any of the movement effects to them. Hopefully I can figure this out. The 1 Christmas scene they have doesn't match up to my lights at all and looks bad. Back to the drawing board.

Good product, but can't get it to properly work

The install process was very easy, and linking them to the app was too. But I can't keep the lights set to the color I selected. After a day or so, they switch back to a light blue color even though I have one set to red and the other to green in the app. I've been trying to work with Govee's support team, but their replies are VERY slow
