Not as pretty as pictures

Not as pretty as pictures even after fluffing branches. Not enough lights. I have ordered other products that were great but this one was just not what I expected for the price. Not good quality

Good quality and looks amazing. Have 4 outside and the timer works perfectly. Have only needed one set of batteries this season. Will probably buy more to add to my display next Christmas.

Trees are great, perfect. When we received them one of the 2 was missing the scratch guards on the bottom of the stand. I emailed and asked if there was a way to get the scratch guards but never heard back from anyone. Very satisfied with the trees, not so much with the customer service.

Love my Pre Lit Christmas trees

I was very pleased with the 2 pre lit Christmas trees. They were everything the company advertised them to be. I put mine in pots, added a bow to the top of each, and they were ready to set out on my porch. I do think they could use a bigger strand of lights. I love them!
