Motor heats up fast

I've been using this pump for a few days now and it works except after 15mins on level 3 the motor heats up alot and is uncomfortable to wear
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Failed in Less Than 3 Months

I deeply regret purchasing the Eufy S21 Pro. For such an expensive “premium” pump, the reliability has been incredibly disappointing.
Less than three months after purchasing it, the motors started malfunctioning. During pumping sessions the pump would randomly and abruptly stop mid-session. As any breastfeeding or pumping mom knows, interruptions like this completely ruin a pumping session and make an already stressful routine even harder.
At first it happened occasionally, but it kept getting worse. Now one of the motors has completely stopped working.
For a product at this price point, this level of failure in under three months is unacceptable. Breast pumps are not optional devices - they are essential tools for mothers who rely on them daily. When they fail, it directly impacts feeding and adds unnecessary stress during a very vulnerable time.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I chose this pump because of its reputation and was actually considering upgrading to the S2 Pro. After this experience, I absolutely cannot recommend it.
As a first-time mom, spending this much money on a wearable pump was already a big investment. Having it fail this quickly is heartbreaking, especially when replacing it isn’t financially easy.
Extremely disappointed with the durability and quality control. I expected far better from a product marketed as premium.
