[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I selected these laptops for two of our Health Department admin staff who depend on their ability to communicate when out of the office traveling to a conference or external response. I chose these based on Lenovo's solid build and dependability. The touch screen is a fantastic feature without detracting from performance. Opening the lid feels solid compared to other laptops where it feels as if you are going to crack the screen when opening it. The spacing between the keyboard and the screen is perfect so there is no worries about the keys leaving moisture or dirt on the screen. The ability to brand the POST screen is impressive. No lag when running many processes at the same time

It is a higher priced model than the cheap/value units, but you get what you pay for and have no concerns about broken hinges or flexing chassis/screens. The keyboard and touchpad are responsive and feel high quality. Compared to higher-priced models, this is still a good value.
