The strings are cheap and the case is a plastic bag but you get what you pay for.

Exceptional processing and delivery of this product. Excellent quality and superb price. Beautiful instrument - we got the brown - the autotune made setup super easy. Came with numerous extras - picks, shoulder strap, autotuner and carrying case. Arrived within 5 days and my grandson loves it!

Poor sound quality

This guitar would only be good for a beginner who doesn't even know what music is supposed to sound like. For those with a more refined ear, I would not recommend this guitar. It has horrible sound quality, to the point I can't even play it because it sounds awful to me. Would probably be fine for a kid's present or something, but if you are serious about learning to play, search elsewhere.
