My product arrived in 4 days. It came just as described, not one piece missing! The tuner is perfect as well. I broke my string the first day, thank goodness they sent a back up. In other words, bcp kept their promise. I have what I ordered. I've been enjoying this product since the first day I opened the box. This guitar is great! I'm learning how to play better each day.

I purchased this guitar for my grandson’s birthday. I have not given it to him yet but so far so good. My husband plays and he feels that It is a good quality for a beginner. Always get my money’s worth with BCP!!!
