I ordered this for my grandson for Christmas after the deal with another retailer fell through, claims it was lost in shipping. So i was under the gun to get this before Christmas. Got it in plenty of time with no issues. Would definitely buy from again. Excellent service.

This guitar cannot be tuned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This guitar cannot be tuned. I brought it to a music store to have it tuned and they said that the turning key at the top doesn't function correctly, it was installed improperly and hence the guitar can't be tuned and it doesn't work.
