Where are controls on phone

Control buttons on earbuds are too sensitive. According to web site I should be able to control that using the JLab App on my phone. No luck - anyone else

Hi there. Just got them yesterday so maybe still too soon to provide a firm / confirmed feedback. But I am very happy so far with the easiness to set up and the sound quality. I think (hope) it's a great purchase :-))

Very easy to connect to my mobile. Sound is great. Really happy with my purchase and an hour in gym on my first evening after purchasing with no issues. Can't fault the product in any way.
