Poor sound quality

Sounds tinny and very little bass. I would like to give your company another chance and am willing to pay a little more for better sound quality. Any suggestions?

This product is easy to use and feels comfortable, sound is clean and I can play music and talk on calls with one side of the earbuds for the all day. I'm very happy!!!😁😁😁

JBUDS Sport ANC replacement

I spent a little money to get some nice earbuds and lost the case didn't know the warranty covered replacement and got some even better and I'm really happy with them thank you

I enjoy these earbuds, however, they were an upgrade/replacments for a pair that I had that I bought made by JLab at a lower price point. Those I had for about 2 months and the right ear gradually gave up the ghost, I suspect due to sweat, but I have no conclusive evidence of that. I just wore them at the gym and that was it, so I concluded that was the cause. These are just as good with a few more perks, like noise cancelling and the ability to pair with mulitple devices. My only gripes are that they seem to unseat in my ears while Im active and sweaty, even when using the larger cushions. The sound is ok, not fantastic, but I am also technically still within the break-in period for the drivers in the ear pieces (I wasn't aware this was a thing, but its believable and the JLab app comes with a break-in utility). They are enjoyable and I am glad to have them especially at a reasonable price point.

It's good but could be much better

Took a while to get it to fit right using mismatched fittings which worked eventually. The volume is not powerful enough and the breaks up with bass so it's not great for heavy tone bass notes. But conversations on it is great and the active listening is like hearing aids. I just wish it could take more volume and bass jamming
